Hamptons Aristocrat's Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

16 ounces Farmhouse Cheddar, grated

10 ounces mayonnaise

4 ounces pimentos

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons pimento liquid

Salt, pepper, and sugar to taste

KD Hamptons' Mac N Cheese

1 pound fresh fusilli pasta

1 cup shredded Mecox Sigit

2 cups Farmhouse Cheddar

5 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup flour

1 tablespoon salt (try it with Hamptons Salt Company Sea Salt)

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh breadcrumbs
