1 pound fresh fusilli pasta
1 cup shredded Mecox Sigit
2 cups Farmhouse Cheddar
2 cups milk (try it with Mecox Bay Dairy fresh raw milk!)
5 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt (try it with Hamptons Salt Company Sea Salt)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh breadcrumbs
